after being with another plan manager for a couple of years, i made the move to moira earlier this year after speaking to both my support worker and coordinator. i should have moved earlier and avoided all the headaches. what i did learn is that i could move providers any time and not have to wait until my plan finishes. what a world of difference it has been with moira. i now have full visibility of my invoices. they have a app that i can see a copy of my invoice. i can review and authorise invoices and am in control. they have one simple graph that shows how my plan is being used and none of the confusing multiple graphs the previous plan manager had. the service is great, patient and they very understanding. thank you and i hope others get to experience moira services.

I feel Moira is very compassionate in how they deal with me. I never have with Moira. I just know my bills gets paid on time every time. My workers and family are happy. I feel safe how I get to say yes or no for bills to be deducted from my NDIS account. I trust Moira completely as they have always done the right thing for me.

I can’t rate Moira any better. They provide excellent guidance on any of my NDIS queries since I’ve been with them about 3 years ago. They are thorough and very responsive. The ladies I have spoken to are always courteous and knowledgeable. I had issues with my previous NDIS plan and they worked closely with my coordinator and the NDIS made some changes shortly. Moira followed up and kept me and my coordinator updated. Even my coordinator says only great things about Moira and has other people he looks after with Moira, so I know I’m in good and safe hands.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
