At We Care Providers we are committed to providing high-quality individualised disability and home care services. We offer comprehensive services for clients living with a range of health challenges and comply with all NDIS legislation practice standards. When tailoring services, we provide flexibility and transparency to ensure participants have choice and control to ensure services offered, align with their unique needs. We match support workers with participant unique needs and interests. We offer a 4 week cooling off period, which allows you to try our services for 4 weeks without a service agreement. Once you are happy with our support staff and our services, we can complete the service agreement and continue delivering the highest standard of care services. We have a fleet of company cars that allows us to take you, your friends and your family on a road trip to explore on exciting day trips around Victoria. We engage specific programs and services that support independence and involvement in community and health and wellbeing. We remain focused along the journey and continually monitor and add improvements to services to ensure goals are achieved.
