About

At Pillar Health our aim is to provide solid foundations to build your health and inspire wellness. Our qualified health experts have the skills and experience to treat a range of conditions. Services that we offer at Pillar Health: Osteopathy: Osteopathy is a holistic approach to healthcare that emphasises the interrelationship between the body's structure and its function. Osteopathic practitioners use manual techniques to diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide range of medical conditions, seeking to restore balance and optimise the body's self-healing mechanisms. Physiotherapy: Physiotherapists assess, diagnose, rehabilitate and prevent a variety of injuries and concerns. Our Physiotherapy consultations involve a comprehensive assessment to address the cause of your condition, not just the symptoms. Our goal is to work with you to provide an individualised treatment plan that gets you back to doing the things that you love! Podiatry: Podiatry can help with all lower limb foot and ankle concerns. We aim to not only treat, but to educate and rehabilitate our clients. Pilates: Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness through controlled movements and breathing techniques. It aims to enhance core stability while promoting overall physical harmony and mental well-being.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

To learn more visit https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/am-i-eligible

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
