About this provider

Boldstep is an independent provider of Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching for NDIS participants. We specialise in complex cases, mental health, hospital discharge, support for those in the Justice system, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), and Individualised Living Options(ILO).

We are an independent provider and do not offer other services, so there is no conflict of interest. Our independence will enable you to get on-time, independent and unbiased support, ensuring you have choice, control and options.

We have built excellent relationships with service providers who provide support in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards to help you achieve your NDIS and life goals.

We will also help you access mainstream support like housing, welfare packages, health, employment, education, transport, and the justice system and ensure they support you.
